Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the Mechanical Department as Second-in-Command for smooth operations and leadership.
∎ Manage Material Planning, Procurement, and Job Scheduling in the factory to optimize production processes and allocate resources efficiently.
∎ Implement modifications to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
∎ Optimize material usage within the factory to reduce costs and waste.
∎ Forecast raw material requirements to prevent shortages and delays.
∎ Allocate manpower efficiently in the factory for optimal task management.
∎ Optimize Machine Performance & Cost Efficiency through lubrication and machining techniques.
∎ Enhance staff communication and collaboration for teamwork.
∎ Set specific plant goals to motivate the team.
∎ Conduct regular equipment maintenance to prevent breakdowns, extend equipment life and maintain product quality.
∎ Ensure plant safety protocols are enforced to protect employees, equipment and the environment.
∎ Prepare regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities and provide comprehensive insights for informed decision-making and process improvement.
