Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical (ME), Electrical (EEE) Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
∎ Diagnose breakdown problems.
∎ Maintain all the mechanical activities related to the plant.
∎ Assist in developing & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
∎ Assist the management in developing long term & short term plans for growth of the ball pen business.
∎ Maintain liaison among various functional teams in achieving the overall management targets.
∎ Develop & implement SOP in the functional area.
∎ Train subordinates to improve their skills, productivity & the efficiency.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of the plant / machinery
∎ Work with specialist equipment, such as Injection Molding Machines, Extrusion Machines, Ball Pen Processing machine, Shaving, Sub-Station, ATS, CCTV, Compressor machine etc.
∎ Write maintenance strategies to help installation and commissioning guidelines.
∎ Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns
∎ Submit report of maintenance work on schedule time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation Handling.
∎ Experience in Ball Pen manufacturing industries.

Salary: Negotiable
