Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc. Engr. (Mech)) from a recognized university.
∎ Membership of Bangladesh Institution of Engineers (IEB) is a must.
∎ Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc. Engr. (Mech)) from a recognized university.
∎ Membership of Bangladesh Institution of Engineers (IEB) is a must.

∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in building construction with a focus on healthcare facilities.At least one hospital project 200 beds in portfolio is a must.
∎ Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
∎ Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., AIA, ASHRAE, NFPA, DIN, BNBC).
∎ Proficiency in mechanical engineering design software.
∎ Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of all mechanical systems.
∎ Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and other disciplines.
∎ Review and approve mechanical engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
∎ Monitor construction progress and prepare progress reports.
∎ Manage the mechanical works budget and schedule.
∎ Resolve technical issues and problems that arise during construction.
∎ Supervise and manage mechanical engineering staff and contractors.
∎ Ensure quality control and quality assurance of mechanical works.
∎ Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
∎ Job Summary: The Mechanical Manager will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical engineering aspects of the hospital construction project, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
