∎ Masters or MBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Daily and monthly inventory report-Oracle-E Business Suite.
∎ Maintain all store activities in Oracle-E Business Suite.
∎ Maintain Goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for both issue & delivery of goods & Raw-materials.
∎ Monitor loading & unloading of goods & Raw materials and ensure that are stored in proper condition with adequate safety.
∎ Reconcile with ERP report & physical stock(RM, store & spare, Finished goods) on monthly basis.
∎ Ensure Mushak challan before delivery of goods.
∎ Effective communicate with supply chain management & other related department to keep update information on material status.
∎ Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per company policy).
∎ Lead, manage and monitor store functions.
∎ Monitor safety & compliance issues.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise on Oracle-E Business Suite ( OM & Inventory Module).
∎ Must have very good command over MS Office Application especially in advance excel)
