∎ Minimum of 20 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
∎ Proven expertise in electrical systems, PLC and inverter programming, and machinery troubleshooting.
∎ Strong knowledge of HT/LT panels, generators, boilers, and HVAC systems.
∎ Experience in project management, including installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial machinery.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ISO and GRS audit processes and documentation.
∎ Preferred Skills:-
∎ Experience in polyester yarn, PET/PP fiber, and GEO textile manufacturing plants.
∎ Proficiency in machine controlling and operating systems.
∎ Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in industrial environments.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee scheduled, preventive, and breakdown maintenance for all electrical and mechanical systems.
∎ Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial machinery (e.g., PET hot wash plants, PP & PET fiber plants, GEO textile plants).
∎ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (HT/LT panels, generators, boilers) and mechanical systems (Spinning machines, Compressors, Boiler).
∎ Program, read, and write PLC and inverter settings to optimize machine performance.
∎ Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Supervise the maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers, and air conditioning units.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
∎ Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work plans to support production goals.
∎ Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and materials.
∎ Source spare parts and equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
∎ Oversee the operation of generators, substations, and boilers.
∎ Ensure compliance with ISO and GRS audit standards and prepare audit reports.
∎ Perform troubleshooting on electrical (magnetic contactors, relays, timers) and mechanical systems.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and improvements.
∎ Have to stay at factory in Salna Gazipur.
