Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from any reputed Public University. (BUET,CUET,DUET,KUET, RUET are preferable)
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Ethics, Good communication skills, MS Office, Positive attitude, Presentation skill, Report Writing

∎ At most 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for effective planning and implementation of preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for all production and utility machinery.
∎ To carry out the operations and maintenance (including yearly maintenance) of HVAC and related equipment such as fire detection and protection, boiler, compressor, generator, and substation cooling towers, chillers, co-generation, pumps, maintenance works, etc.
∎ Responsible for smooth operation, preventive, and scheduled maintenance of generators and substation along with all equipment such as LT, VCB, ACB, PFI, etc., and sound knowledge on and responsible for smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and scheduled maintenance of these utilities.
∎ Responsible for smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and scheduled maintenance of air compressors, and lifts. Ensure smooth water distribution, schedule maintenance and preventive maintenance of deep tube well, lifting pumps, boosting system, etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on variable frequency device (VFD), sensors, controllers, PLC, metering device, flow meter; schedule and preventive maintenance of those devices. Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems; power distribution, solar system, switchgear, UPS, AVR, etc.
∎ Prepare utility operations and maintenance budget preparation, monitoring and controlling, expense record and downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis.
∎ Carry out any other job, as assigned by management.
∎ Must be capable of Planning, Design, and Implementation of Electrical works and trouble-shooting.
∎ A good knowledge of High or, Medium Voltage design is mandatory.
∎ Sound knowledge of electrical design and its application in projects including but not limited to SLD and BOQ preparation.
∎ Supervise and guide the team on electrical and mechanical projects.
∎ Reduce the electrical breakdown up to a minimum level so that productivity increases.
∎ Calculation and costing of power generation Handling power plant having 9MW captive power
∎ Generation to its optimum level with zero breakdowns.
∎ Total responsibility of Electrical, Mechanical & utility departments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the in-depth technical know-how.
∎ Should have requisite Leadership/people management skills.
∎ Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant.
∎ Experience in relevant field preferably in rolling plant.
∎ Must carry out Maintenance (schedule & trouble-shooting) of substations and other Electrical & Utility Equipment.
∎ English proficiency is a must.
