Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ With an extensive related experience diploma, an Electro-Mechanical Engineer may also apply.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Operation and Maintenance, Problem solving and decision making

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Machanical Engineering, Maintanence
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making maintenance plans, maintenance procedures and methods of each machine and group of tools.
∎ Diagnosing breakdown problems.
∎ Making maintenance plans to help with the installation of spare parts, commission guidelines; maintaining and making sure all machinery, equipment operating in good condition.
∎ Remarking all profiles of machinery, tool and equipment with full information in terms of name, technical information, maintenance schedule, history and inputting data.
∎ Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment, spare parts.
∎ Proposing budget for maintenance and purchasing spare parts and extra tools.
∎ Following up with a dual date of purchasing when buying tools, spare parts and equipment of maintenance.
∎ Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings, or components.
∎ Solving problems and supporting technicians in fixing and preparing tasks.
∎ Supervising technician work as procedure and plan of production, maintenance.
∎ Recording problems from production and assigning technicians to prepare, fix, and solving problems.
∎ Directing, instructing, training, and supervising maintenance technicians.
∎ Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
∎ Making plans to train and develop technicians about technical and skill by internal, on-the-job training.
∎ Supporting purchasing in technical information and making sure all equipment, tools, spare parts are the right specifications.
∎ Suggesting information on the supplier of purchase directly if the tools or spare parts is small or low price.
∎ Advising and guiding operator, worker to use the machine safely.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience of minimum 10 years of experience in the maintenance field in a manufacturing plant.
∎ Experience working independently to troubleshoot, diagnose & solve issues with process and plant equipment; and to develop and rapidly implement corrective actions.
∎ Language Skill: Good Command (Reading, Writing, Speaking) in Bengali and English
∎ Problem-solving, troubleshooting, operation and supervision of preventative maintenance programs experience.
∎ Good knowledge in MS office package, especially in MS Excel.
