Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update and establish standard inventory management policy & planning and review time to time.
∎ Leading a team for maintaining inventory and stock of store including physical verification and reconciliation.
∎ Monitoring distribution of materials as per approved requisition.
∎ Ensure all receive and delivery of store materials are properly recorded and documented.
∎ Prepare various type of reports regarding inventory management.
∎ Ensure co-operation and co-ordination with production, commercial, accounts, purchase, supply chain and concern departments regarding inventory issues.
∎ Monitor issuing materials against approved requisition and ensure control through established internal control procedure.
∎ Good control in data based management (Preferably experienced in ERP) competent to handle audit from any parties.
∎ Any other assignments given by the superiors and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PP, ERP software, etc.
∎ Honest, energetic, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Must have willingness to visit farms/factories frequently for inventory purpose all over the country.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
