Inventory/ Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain inventory (both store & warehouse) using Modern inventory management Software(ERP)
∎ Receive & issue of all kinds of Raw Materials and accessories.
∎ Monthly report preparation and maintaining inventory and submit the report to the concerned
∎ To check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports and all other documents related with materials movement of the store in line with ERP Software.
∎ To check and maintain the MRR, Delivery challan and Gate pass.
∎ To monitor the task of necessary records, registers, ledger and computer reports of the store as well as inventory of stock materials.
∎ To maintain the necessary communication with procurement department for receiving the goods against indent.
∎ To plan and try to build the team work within the department and motivate the team members for better service and better output.
∎ To ensure the safety & security of departmental employee, all storage goods and assets of the company.
∎ To keep track on the movement of materials so that proper utilization of time should possible to establish.
∎ Monitor to accessories posting in ERP Software Daily update
∎ To give necessary support to waste management and disposal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Handling warehouse management in mechanical engineering of renowned manufacturing company in Bangladesh.
∎ Computer literary is must, good knowledge in Ms Excel, Ms Office & ERP software
Salary: Negotiable
