∎ Skills Required: Good Knowledge about all Materials for Refrigerator, AC & Home Appliance Products, Strong leadership and team management skill

Job Context:
∎ Rangs Electronics Ltd. is looking for dynamic, energetic personnel for Inventory & Logistics Manager who have a minimum of 5 years of solid potential with adequate career track records in the electronics industry`s Store & Logistics Support sector to make meaningful contributions to reach the optimum level.
∎ Job Location: Bangabandhu Sheik Mujib Hi-Tech Park, Sylhet.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
∎ Proficiency in using inventory management ERP Software and other relevant tools.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize storage and distribution operations, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
∎ To focus on Raw materials Hand over & Take Over report from Store to Production Floor.
∎ To Focus on FG product Delivery and Receiving report from Production floor to Distribution
∎ Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stock shortages and overages.
∎ Maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, quality, and availability
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and production, to align storage and distribution processes with overall business objectives.
∎ Lead and manage a team of storage and distribution staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all staff.
∎ Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Store inventory & Logistics Support Area.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Electronics Equipment & Home Appliances.
∎ Candidates with electronics industry (Refrigerator, AC &Home appliance) experience will be preferred.
∎ Must have handled Store, Distribution In charge
∎ Must have good communication with Local & Import SCM person, Production In charge, Distribution In charge QC&QA In charge, R&D Department.
∎ Should have No location constraint
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla language.
∎ Highly ambitious and high hunger for success; Strong motivation; Ability to prioritize and multi-task; Ability to quickly identify and provide resolution on issues.
∎ Needs to have Good written and Communication skills
