Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee inventory management reports to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
∎ Forecast future stock needs based on monthly project plans to maintain adequate inventory levels.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure inventory purchases stay within budget constraints.
∎ Ensure compliance with budgetary limits by working closely with key departments on inventory purchases.
∎ Supervise inventory operations, including stock tracking, efficient execution, and consumption trend analysis.
∎ Uphold warehouse organization and implement best practices in inventory management.
∎ Promote a safe and healthy workplace by setting, enforcing, and following company policies and standards.
∎ Organize internal meetings to facilitate smooth inventory management processes.
∎ Communicate with factory, hatchery, and farm managers to resolve inventory-related operational issues.
∎ Compile and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on procurement, purchases, received goods, consumption, and stock levels.
∎ Conduct site visits to warehouses, depots, and storage facilities to assess and improve inventory management.
∎ Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and complying with company policies.
∎ Any other task assigned by the superior/Head of Department.
