Job Context:
∎ Department/ Division : Finance & Accounts
∎ Employment Type: Full Time Staff (Permanent/ Contractual)
∎ Office Location: Apollo Hospitals Dhaka
∎ Office Timing: Regular Hour.
∎ Reports To: GM/ DGM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor VMI/ Consignment items (stent, pacemaker, valve etc.) through the system with all the particulars (e.g. expiry date, batch, consignee etc.) to avoid any unforeseen situation of holding and expired/ unsuitable items in in the hospitals,
∎ To Prepare consolidated indent considering consumption & safety stock level,
∎ To keep all the materials in proper manner with proper identification,
∎ To ensure that all goods are stored securely and safely in proper conditions,
∎ To Maintain Inventory control procedure and fulfill the objectives and directions given by the management,
∎ To Implement FIFO method for avoid creation of any dead stock,
∎ To Prepare list of all first moving items with minimum stock/Safety stock level for smooth operation,
∎ To Maintain the daily material receipt and issue as per company rules,
∎ To constantly seek new ways to improve the warehouse/store efficiency and cost effectiveness by reducing abnormal consumption of materials,
∎ Manage and keep all records up to date and submit it when required by the management,
∎ To ensure the health, safety and cleanliness of the work environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse/ Inventory/ Store. Cath lab store experience will be preferable.
