∎ Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh University of Textiles, Primeasia University students will get preference.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ 100% foreign owned and export-oriented company to manufacture outdoor jackets, pants, shirts, etc. located in CEPZ is pleased to invite careered personnel with the requirements hereunder.
∎ Job Location : Chattogram (Chattogram Epz)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study like a reputed and 100% export oriented Woven garment factory.
∎ Line Layout, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower, and Machine Budget.
∎ Coordinate with Production & Planning Team to ensure the best productivity.
∎ Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operation in line.
∎ Checking method when line feeding.
∎ Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage.
∎ Do garments manufacturing process break down and machine layout.
∎ Monitoring Line/Section Efficiency.
∎ Checking and identify the critical areas.
∎ Meeting regarding Low-efficiency areas with line Management as needed.
∎ Preparing machine performance matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Manpower & Machinery.
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine
∎ Overtime & loss time report prepared.
∎ Updating the SMV database & method improvement.
∎ To monitoring All IE & Planning activities.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by the immediate Superior as well as Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Floor/ Line Management, Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ Garments
∎ Should have strong leadership quality.
∎ Must be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Fluency in English and computer operation skill required.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive
