Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies which align with the overall business strategy.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing needs, grievances or other issues.
∎ Manage and streamline the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Support all departments through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Define and establish employee KPI across all departments.
∎ Assess and monitor employee KPI.
∎ Prepare Yearly HRD Budget for all SBUs of Sheba Group.
∎ Monitor Employee Tax Calculation & TDS from Salary and maximize the Income Tax benefits.
∎ Oversee and manage an effective Performance Appraisal System that drives employee performance.
∎ Monitor and supervise the organization payroll system.
∎ Monitor and supervise organization's reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff in all functions to bring expected performance and retain performer as well as to initiate more benefits within existing budget.
∎ Monitor and supervise organization's events (Annual Picnic, Iftar Program, Pohela Boishakh etc) as per set schedule and within the budget.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Report to top management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Work independently and prepare monthly reports for CCO about overall human capital performance of each department.
∎ Assist with hiring top talent from marketplace as well as assist with removing inefficient team members that are detrimental to company and affecting overall performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of working experience in which at least 5 Years in managing/ leading role.
∎ HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities to guide and develop the HR team.
∎ Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as HR managers often need to communicate sensitive information.
∎ Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues effectively.
∎ Analytical Skills: Proficiency in HR data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
∎ Ethical Conduct: A high level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Adaptability: The HR field is constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies is important.
∎ Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or SPHR can be beneficial but are not always required.
∎ At least 10 years of working experience in which at least 5 Years in managing/ leading role.
∎ Preferred Professional Degree: LLB & Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM,CIHRM,SHRM)
∎ Skills Required: HR Development, Human Resources & Development, Knowledge of Labor Laws and other related regulatory bodies policy & procedures.
