∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline but Finance & Accounts is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Credit/Hire Sales from Plaza
∎ HP system implement at software and monitor/upgrade the software time to tie.
∎ Continues HP Training Provide to Showroom employees, CMO, PM, APM & Executive.
∎ Implement B2B2C HP (Corporate)
∎ Check and approved the HP lead from showroom
∎ Check and approved the HP Credit limit.
∎ Closely monitor and check installment collection of HP.
∎ Review HP policy according to market requirement.
∎ Submit receivable report to reporting Management & taking decision & advice all credit or hire sales related issues.
∎ Visit respective area under respective plaza & arrange program or campaigning for business expands.
∎ Communication with the others depts. / depts. head to solve the raised crises which in plaza related issues.
∎ Propose bad Hire A/c for adjustment after proper monitoring & field visit, Justification by the proper Chanel.
∎ Control Receivable Management.
∎ Identifying Market Segment and Selecting Target Markets.
∎ Ensure daily time-based Work Plan, Summery Report, Tour Plan, and Weekly Market Visit Plan & Sales Forecast.
∎ For making a forecasting budget to achieve the monthly sales and collection target.
∎ Prepare and submit the weekly and monthly progress report of hire sales activities against yearly hire sales target.
∎ Ensure hire sales growth of respective local area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Very well verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal, counselling, and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong Presentation skills.
∎ Excellent leadership skills.
