Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in (Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical/Marine) Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor company Heavy Equipment (Excavator, Pay loader, Material handler, Crane, Forklift, Man lift, Rig Machine, etc.) operation and maintenance works with coordination to service and operation team.
∎ Prepare & Maintain preventive maintenance schedule for each equipment to minimize the breakdown maintenance.
∎ Follow-up company Heavy Equipment Maintenance Efficiency report regularly.
∎ Fault finding and repairing of above mentioned equipment and Machineries in minimum time while breakdown.
∎ Exceptional people management skills, handling and motivating a team of technicians.
∎ Prepare the manpower planning to organize the maintenance work properly.
∎ Encouraging the team members with training and day to day discussions on:
∎ *Trouble shooting of existing and new systems at various facilities.
∎ *Handling the breakdown in minimum time.
∎ *Deployment of preventive and breakdown maintenance systems.
∎ Support in developing and implementing Logistics plans in line with corporate Logistics strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
∎ Forecasting preparing monthly planning for spare parts and follow up the inventory to avoid any delay of maintenance.
∎ Prepare requisition (Daily/Emergency)
∎ Follow up the stock list & fulfill the stock before safety stock nil.
∎ Close liaison with procurement and store department to ensure the receiving of quality product in time.
∎ Preparing the quality & performance report of all spare & consumables regularly.
∎ Follow up workshop or vendor to ensure the work done just in time.
∎ Initiate to take action if any emergency product is not match as per sample.
∎ Perform any other task assign by management or HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Well conversant on Computer literacy.
∎ Hardworking and can manage stressful situations.
∎ Having Knowledge about Hydraulic System along electrical works of Heavy Equipment's is preferable.
∎ Minimum 12 years' experience is required for the Diploma Engineers.
∎ Should have technical knowledge on heavy equipment maintenance.
