Job Context:

∎ This position shall be based in Meghna Ghat, Plant, Sonagaon, Narayanganj and will report to Head of Health & Safety.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ LafargeHolcim (LH) Policy, Rules and Standard Implementation: Advise plant (Three Plants) Management team for implementation of HSE Policy, Rules and Standard.
∎ Country Health and Safety Improvement Plan (HSIP): Directly work with Country HSE Head to prepare country specific HSIP planning at the beginning of the year and work with plant team to implement the HSIP at defined timeline.
∎ Health and Safety Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Employee: Directly work with Country HSE Head to prepare management, Non-management and contractors Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and evaluate the KPI.
∎ HSE Audit Plan: Prepare internal annual audit planning for three plants
∎ HSE Budget Preparation and Certificates, License Renewing: Yearly HS budget preparation. Company all licenses status check and renewal job.
∎ Occupational Health Risk Management: Assess occupational health risk of safety critical job and drive action plan to minimize the potential risk.
∎ Crisis Management: Lead site team how to deal with fire / natural disaster and medical emergency responses.
∎ Contractor Safety Management establishment: Ensure contractors engaged understand HBL safety culture and prerequisite of initiating job inside HBL work premises complying provisions.
∎ Engaged with site HS improvement work: Engaged to implement improvement activities likes work instruction preparation, checklist & training module modification, standard safety signage's establishment etc
∎ Training Need Assessment and Training Plan: Review training matrix and guide training coordinators to meet training facilitation, time management and assessment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 years experience in H&S function in a reputed organization
