∎ Objective / Purpose of the Job (brief description of the overall purpose of the job/position): This position is responsible to manage & ensure the overall responsibility of FB Footwear business unit`s through planning, organize, coordinate and manage the maintenance process to effectively maintain the facility and equipment while meeting safety, reliability, cost, environmental, and quality goals in close collaboration with management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary deliverables of role and its scope:
∎ Able to head maintenance team of multiple units
∎ Responsible for periodic and schedule maintenance of all machines and equipment of the factory.
∎ To ensure preventing maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas, etc) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ Ensure zero down time through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utilities installation of the factory.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the utilities issues
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc.
∎ Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks
∎ Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The job holder must have similar kind of experience of minimum 8/10 years for which 3-4 years in managerial position in a relevant industry. However, for any exceptional candidate like handling experience of electrical system as per ACCORD and ALLIANCE requirement may be relaxed. The job holder needs to have in-depth knowledge of Electrical, Machine, understanding of technical specifications, production workflow, and job bag.
