Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ EEE/ Chemical/ Any Engineering Subjects
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Performa Invoice according to approval note and send that to the respective buyers through e-mail.
∎ Supervise to prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export, and ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
∎ Correspondence with foreign buyers for various import issues (e.g. L/C amendment, correction L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions etc.) through phone and e-mail.
∎ Maintain co-ordination with Freight Forwarder/ shipping or CNF agents for shipment of goods on schedule time.
∎ Check outstanding status of export and communicate with buyers and Banks for timely payment realization to our different units account from buyer's side against export of goods.
∎ Check bills & vouchers of freight forwarder and handover the same to the VAT / Finance & Accounts department for timely payment.
∎ Maintain liaison with different Chamber of Commerce & Industries situated in Bangladesh to entry, renewal, fair etc. of membership for our company.
∎ Maintain Liaison and build up a satisfactory relationship with Customs/ Port Customs & Government authority relevant to our Business.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Import and follow up daily Import, Delivery, Reporting, inform to concern department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have sound knowledge in FOREIGN EXCHANGE POLICY, INCOTERMS & ICC RULES.
∎ Candidates should have sound knowledge in Export-Import, foreign trade, Commercial & its legal requirement.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on machinery parts and technical specification
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge in English communication.
∎ Fully computer literate and expert in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, Analytical Skill, Negotiation skill, Numerical skill.
