∎ Knowledge of codes and industry regulation

∎ Competency in Microsoft products to prepare reports, schedules, presentation etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Designing and developing Fire Fighting & HVAC System and components for various (residential, commercial & industrial) projects.
∎ Conversant in Fire Fighting & HVAC System calculations, Fire Fighting & HVAC System equipment, cable/pipe sizing and their BOQ preparation.
∎ Creating detailed Fire Fighting & HVAC System schematics and drawings using CAD software.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
∎ Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed Fire Fighting & HVAC System designs.
∎ Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
