Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall financial management including forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments and feasibility of future projects etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial and operational goals.
∎ Supervise the complete finance & Accounts requirements for all aspects of our company operations.
∎ Supervising preparation of fixed asset register;
∎ Reviewing & checking monthly salary disbursement;
∎ Preparing monthly financial statements; various MIS report;
∎ Preparing cash flow forecast;
∎ Reviewing VAT & Tax return documents and maintaining books of accounts thereof;
∎ Maintaining project wise budgeted & actual performance;
∎ Review monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and variances between actual and budget results Employment Status
∎ Designing Business Plans/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity.
∎ Advising on TAX & VAT planning (Within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liabilities.
∎ Ready to submit monthly financial statements, Financial Budgets and other informational reports/analysis within the deadline set by the management/ board.
∎ Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have the skill to speak and writing Chinese language for daily communication with HQ of China and for report purpose.
∎ Male preffered.
