Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting with CA partly qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement on monthly, Half-yearly and annually; Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash flow Statement.
∎ Ensuring accuracy of all accounting data recording on Tally Software on daily basis.
∎ Take the responsibility for report and finance/accounts related day to day affairs (Cash Book, Ledger, Cheque Issue Register, Cheque Receipt Register etc.)
∎ Follow up Payment disbursement (Cash, Cheque, RTGS & Electronic fund transfer).
∎ Supervising & Maintaining the Fixed Assets, Inventories, Accounts Receivable and payable etc.
∎ Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
∎ Checking of inter- company transaction register/ledger.
∎ Take the responsibility of company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related matters.
∎ Closely liaison with Commercial Bank, insurance company, financial institutions and other Regulatory Authorities.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on commercial Activities i.e., Export & Import L/C, Proceed realization, Loan Management & Adjustment etc.
∎ Manage the Cash flow & Fund Requirements for meeting up working capital.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have knowledge in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts, Tax, VAT & Customs Duty.
∎ Should have strong analytical ability and accuracy
∎ Must have skilled in Microsoft word & Excel and basic internet browsing.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software (Tally).
∎ Should have ability to work under time pressure & should be a good team player.
