Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in Accounting/Finance/ Equivalent degree from a reputed University/Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall "Finance and Accounts" operations of the organization to maximize profitability.
∎ Preparation & implementation of annual budgets & ensuring budgetary control.
∎ Lead the Costing and Pricing exercises for projects and operations.
∎ Analyze business information and prepare project wise reports & recommendations for Top Management.
∎ Take active role in capital budgeting and asset management.
∎ Work closely with the Commercial & Supply chain processes for optimum result.
∎ Corporate and individual tax planning for finalization of assessment.
∎ Preparation of annual Tax return and Tax/VAT audit for business units.
∎ Ensure submission of Income Tax/VAT return in due time along with the required documents.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Experience must be in Developer/ Real Estate Company.
∎ More than 10 years' experience in accounting field as a Deputy Manager I Asst. Manager/ Manager or relevant post
∎ Only male can apply.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
Salary:
∎ (Negotiable) Handsome Salary will be provided for potential candidate as per his work experience.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Office time 9:45am-7pm
∎ Two festival bonus.
∎ Weekly one day off
