Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administration, General Management, Personal Management and Human Resource Development
∎ Project Management and liaison with various government offices, law & forces agencies, regulatory authorities like Rajuk, land office, environment office, city corporation, REB, DESCO, Titas etc. to meet up the compliance issues & utility services.
∎ Planning, organizing and supervising development and expansion projects including structural, architectural and MEP drawing, design, BOQ preparation, tendering and equipment installation & commissioning.
∎ Supervising the utility operation and repair & maintenance of machine, equipment, generator, substation, boiler, compressor, ETP, STP etc.
∎ Conducting RSC, Buyer and third party audit
∎ Security Management, liaison with various government agencies to get the necessary certi?cates
∎ Prepared SOP, Charter of duty and Policy for smooth operation of all projects.
∎ IT Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, internet browsing, networking, Lotus note, AutoCAD, MS project, fax machine etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 60 years
∎ We are encouraging those aspirant who have experience as (Retired) Major / Lieutenant Colonel/ Colonel/ Brigadier General/ Major General or equivalent from Bangladesh Defense & must have Core Engineer Background
∎ More than 15 years' experience in a Real Estate or Developer relevant Group in related field will be encouraged to apply
