Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently engage with local political bodies, law enforcement agencies, and other government bodies to foster positive relationships and promote the company's interests
∎ Ensure the implementation of the highest level of security protocols both within and outside the factory premises to safeguard assets, personnel, and operations
∎ Take charge of resolving various Industrial Relations conflicts and disputes, working towards maintaining a harmonious work environment
∎ Collaborate closely with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services, ensuring swift and effective responses during critical situations
∎ Manage diverse legal issues when required
∎ Collaborate with the HR department to oversee employee records, attendance management, and streamline onboarding and offboarding procedures
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact during emergencies, orchestrating response efforts and ensuring the safety of both personnel and company assets
∎ Keep abreast of industry regulations, laws, and standards pertinent to administration and security, ensuring the company's practices remain compliant
∎ Guarantee that all administrative and security practices are in strict alignment with legal requirements and best practices
∎ Enforce and uphold optimal housekeeping standards within the factory premises to ensure a safe and orderly work environment
∎ Take responsibility for procuring and supplying workers based on operational demand, ensuring a seamless workflow.
∎ Ensure transport, canteen, and facility management
∎ Perform any other task and assignment given by the supervisor/Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Well-acquainted with the Labor Law of Bangladesh
∎ Familiar with ISO, SEDEX, C-TPAT, GSV, and BSCI requirements
∎ Sound in MS Office, report writing, and email communication
∎ Well-organized, critical thinker with a strong personality
∎ Strong leadership quality
∎ Team player
∎ Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed
∎ Ability to perform under pressure
∎ Self-motivated
