∎ Strong knowledge of construction material, labor cost and Construction industry standard.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proven experience as cost estimator or similar role in real estate, developer or related industry.
∎ Strong Managerial & Leadership Quality·
∎ The position will require frequent mobility and travel to different cities·
∎ Good command of written and spoken English·
∎ Good navigational and usage skills in MS office and Auto Cad 2D.
∎ Must comply with a work deadline·

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of architectural, structural, plumbing and electrical drawing of RCC and Steel Structure.
∎ Prepare detailed estimate based on provided architectural, structural, plumbing drawing.
∎ Prepare and analyze Bill of quantity (BOQ) based on provided drawing.
∎ Prepare documents related to the tender and call for tenders.
∎ Prepare related documents for approval and work order.
∎ Prepare estimate and cost analyze of non-schedule items.
∎ Making total and micro level work schedules and achieving target(s) with respect to the Master Plan.
∎ Generate regular project progress reports and submission to higher management.
∎ Recommend and utilize the most suitable quantity of material based on location and nature of work.
∎ Checking of bills based on project and prepare documents for bill release.
∎ Visit the project to compare estimated quantity and measurement quantity to finalized the bill.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationship with contractor, sub-contractor and suppliers.
∎ Address and resolve disputes or issues related to work schedule, payment and contract items.
∎ Proficiency in cost estimated software and excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
