∎ Required Skills & Knowledge
∎ Knowledge of API manufacturing, GMP, cGMP, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Strong understanding of process safety and hazardous chemical handling.
∎ Familiarity with EHS standards, risk assessment, and HSE regulations.
∎ Experience in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) management.
∎ Ability to lead teams, coordinate with departments.
∎ Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and cost control skills.
∎ Required Qualification & Competencies
∎ B.Sc in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
∎ A certification or diploma in HAZOP will be preferred.
∎ Understanding of business processes within the organization
∎ Well conversant in English & Bangla with strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a requirement.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, having ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
∎ Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience is required.
∎ Preferred Industry Experience: Fertilizer, Chemical, Oil & Gas, or Petroleum Refinery industries.
