Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from any public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the knowledge regarding installation and commissioning of high rise building substation, generator, lift, solar and others modern electrical system.
∎ Good knowledge in maintenance work in elevator as well as generator.
∎ Capacity to supervise the installation and commissioning team.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Should have visionary and strategic thinking ability about the machineries.
∎ Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
∎ To supervise the activities of workshop, Electrical team.
∎ To check the daily work report and check list of respective project.
∎ Prepared estimation of electrical material
∎ Making load calculation of all projects and discuss with the Chief Engineer.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Engineer & MD & CEO
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in any reputed Company.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
