Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring all types of electrical and instrument work.·
∎ Maintenance of Sub-station (11kV/440V), Gas Generator (900kW), and Transformer (11kV/440V).· Maintenance of HT switchgear, LT switchgear, VCB, ACB, PFI Panel, Reactor, CT, PT installation, checking, Termination, Commissioning, and Troubleshooting.·
∎ Monitoring and maintenance in the utility area (Boiler, Compressor, ETP, and Softener plant).
∎ Maintaining electrical systems by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenance schedules and procedures, testing programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating shutdowns and installations.
∎ · Maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of sensors like Proximity sensor, Photoelectric sensor, Pressure sensor, Position sensor, Potentiometer, Water temperature sensor, PT100, RTD, Temperature controller, Water level controller, Pressure meter, PID controller, Encoder, etc.·
∎ Sound knowledge in DCS, SCADA, HMI.·
∎ Taking necessary actions to minimize electrical loss time.·
∎ Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenance schedules and procedures, testing programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating shutdowns and installations.
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting all types of sensors like Proximity sensor, Photoelectric sensor, Pressure sensor, Position sensor, Potentiometer, Water temperature sensor, PT100, RTD, Temperature controller, Water level controller, Pressure meter, PID controller, Encoder, etc.
