∎ Masters/MBA in any Discipline from reputed University.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products (e.g. Noodles, Biscuits, Wafer/Chocolate, Candy/lollipop, Chanachur/Chips, and Bread & Toast) as per daily demand.
∎ Maintain constant liaison with Production Department to ensure stock availability.
∎ Analyze distribution process and propose improvements and new methods to control costs of distribution.
∎ Maintain liaison with factory transport department & 3rd party transport agencies to ensure availability of transport for smooth delivery.
∎ Monitor delivery & undelivered status of products through regular liaison with production, transport provider & other supply chain management concerns.
∎ Manage and allocate staff resources and inventory resources to ensure smooth distribution.
∎ Identify distribution problems and develop new solution for distribution operation to increase delivery accuracy.
∎ Ensure efficient and correct stock deployment along with efficient and safe transportation with traceability of finished goods.

∎ Good communication skill
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
∎ Ability of hazard identification
