Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise& oversee operation of all ghats of the company (e.g. Gabtoli, Nagarbari, Noapara & Factory ghat) to ensure smooth product delivery through GHATS.
∎ Monitor delivery through company owned vehicles, vessels & third party vehicles, vessels.
∎ Supervise & monitor activities of vessels manpower.
∎ Plan, monitor & manage delivery of products by road.
∎ Monitor & manage company owned vessels for product delivery.
∎ Hire third party contractor & supervise them.
∎ Maintain customer relation in terms of delivery.
∎ Prepare & Update daily sales & distribution related detailed report and submit to the Management
∎ Follow up activities of the competitors and report to the management on daily basis.
∎ Problem solving for delivery related activities.
∎ Achieve delivery target as set by the management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as & when assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in managing large fleet/vessels
∎ Good command in analysis of demand and support activities of LPG/industrial/FMCG products
∎ Very good customer relation skills.
∎ Report writing skills, Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: Negotiable
