Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a reputed University with distinctive track record. Incumbents from BUET/CUET/KUET/RUET/SUST and IUT are specially encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & manage overall performance of other staff in the engineering department
∎ Allocate detailing task & clarify works among the draftsmen for the preparation of approval drawings and shop drawings
∎ Cooperate with other departments to finish projects smoothly
∎ Prepare design calculations, BOQs and specification as per applicable standards
∎ Provide technical solution for the implementation and technical support in developing the design brief, survey brief and all other implementation activities.
∎ Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to define user requirements and engineering standards.
∎ Attending technical meeting with clients
∎ Design & estimate of steel structures
∎ Checking of fabrication/shop drawing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge on STAAD Pro, Etabs, Auto CAD & Tekla Structures.
∎ Good knowledge & conception on structural design
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
