Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Accounting from any recognized university.
∎ Applicants with CA-CC/ partly complete of CA will given preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ITP (Income Tax Prationer)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Income Tax, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Manufacturing (FMCG), Paint

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing reports timely and accurate financial information according to requirements;
∎ Handle Companies all sorts of VAT issues independently;
∎ Prepare yearly Tax return & submit to Tax authority;
∎ Maintain liaison with Register of Joint Stock Company regarding Company's statutory matters;
∎ Maintain close liaison with Custom Authority, NBR, Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal;
∎ Prepare statement with all supporting documents for Tax purpose;
∎ Preparation of VAT challan and keeping record and any other VAT & Tax related task assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years direct experience in VAT &TAX department in a reputed organization; Those who have no direct experience in VAT & TAX department in a reputed organization not need to apply;
∎ Handling (VAT / Customs Duty / Income Tax) of Group of Companies independently;
∎ Conducting hearing with NBR and VAT Authority independently;
∎ For highly experienced personnel age limit may be relaxed;
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in Tally, ERP, MS Office, Internet etc;
∎ Good command in Bengali and English;
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability;
∎ THE APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREA(S):
∎ FMCG or Paint company's experience and Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Company Secretary/Share Division/Audit firms/credit rating agency/group of companies/ Multinational company.
