∎ Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Solid Works.
∎ Capable of understanding the engineering drawing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive Manufacturing Project Plans / expansions, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
∎ Estimate Budget, Take CAPEX Approvals, Note Approvals from Higher Management for Project Implementation Purpose.
∎ Establish project milestones and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
∎ Maintain detailed records of project plans, contracts, permits, and correspondence.
∎ Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs, plans, and specifications.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
∎ Address on-site challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
∎ Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
∎ Review and approve contractor and vendor invoices and manage project expenses.
∎ Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
∎ Ensure all construction projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and factory policies.
∎ Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to specifications.
∎ Oversee inspections and secure necessary certifications upon project completion.
∎ Develop contingency plans to address project or operational challenges proactively.
∎ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Monitor construction activities to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.
∎ Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to support project goals.
∎ Represent the organization in negotiations, industry events, and client engagements.
∎ Communicate progress and outcomes of new projects effectively to all stakeholders.
