∎ BSc in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from reputed public/ private institution
∎ BSc in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from reputed public/ private institution
Requirements:

∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools.
∎ In-depth knowledge of plumbing and sanitary system design.
∎ Knowledge of codes and industry standards (e.g. BNBC, ECR, PWD, ASTM etc.).
∎ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Competency in Microsoft products to prepare reports, schedules, presentation etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plumbing and sanitary system design of buildings (Commercial, Residential, Industrial) as per national standard, guidelines and regulation.
∎ Ability to develop concepts as well as detail design and ability to present the same to Client, Construction Engineer and Contractor.
∎ Conversant in water demand calculation, water distribution and drainage system pipe size calculation, storm water drainage calculation, sewage and water treatment plant capacity calculation.
∎ Ability to prepare tender BOQ, technical specification and cost estimation for proposed plumbing and sanitary system designs.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
∎ Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
