∎ Should have experience 5 years in independently handling of Mechanical Department of a large organization.
∎ Excellent communication and listening skills.
∎ Leadership skill and team management capacity.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach in handling critical situation.
∎ Ability to work with direct and cross-functional teams.
∎ Practical knowledge on Microsoft office, Auto CAD and related software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor all Mechanical activities related with the plant maintenance.
∎ Develop & implement the preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
∎ Responsible for maximizing the Plant Reliability & Reducing the down time & Mean Time Between Break down (MTBB).
∎ Check and confirm availability of spare parts of all mechanical items for maintenance purpose.
∎ Ensure to immediate response on emergency calls for mechanical maintenance/repair of the plant.
∎ Maintain proper execution of schedule maintenance of respective machine as per condition.
∎ Assist the management to develop long term & short term plans for growth of the cement business.
∎ Assist the management in project evaluation, project planning as well as project execution, within agreed target time & budget.
∎ Liaise with various functional teams to achieve the overall management targets.
∎ Develop & Implement of SOP in the functional areas.
∎ Train up and provide guidelines to the subordinates for improving their skills, productivity & the efficiency.
∎ Supervise and ensure the house keeping & cleanliness of the plant / machineries is maintained.
