Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/ Mechanical having minimum 7 years relevant working experience in the relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
minimum 7 years experience in foreign trade with engineering major
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate & coordinate with inter departments like Technical, BEZA, CNF agent, Accounts.
∎ Manage & maintain liaison with a sound knowledge of technical working in the factory complex and other related organization.
∎ Correspondence with foreign and local buyers for various export issues (e.g. export L/C amendment, correction L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions etc.) through phone and e-mail.
∎ Prepare and submit all Import and export related statements and returns.
∎ Maintain liaison and build up a satisfactory relationship with Customs/ Port Customs & Communicate with suppliers, banks, and other regulatory body. etc. to manage and financing LC.
∎ Maintain liaison with a sound knowledge of technical working in the factory complex and other related organization.
∎ Handle all import shipping documents in time as per compliance of IPO, Foreign Exchange Policy, and BEZA.
∎ Able to work on suppliers selection, choosing machinery, spare parts and technical specifications.
∎ Smooth handling of all bank part activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have sound knowledge in IPO, FOREIGN EXCHANGE POLICY, INCOTERMS & ICC RULES.
∎ Candidates should have sound knowledge in Export-Import, foreign trade, Commercial & its legal requirement.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on machinery parts and technical specification
∎ Candidates must have strong command over written and verbal communication in English.
∎ Fully computer literate and expert in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, Analytical Skill, Negotiation skill, Numerical skill.
