Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge about Manpower Outsourcing Business.
∎ Knowledge about Tendering Process (e-GP & Hard Copy).
∎ Ability to Liaison with different Government Departments.
∎ Capability to Handle Large Number of Manpower.
∎ Should be Dominant, Truthful and Honest.
∎ Should possess leadership ability to handle 3rd & 4th grade pay scale Employees.
∎ Maintain Strict Discipline in Every aspects.
∎ Should have Critical thinking, innovation and problem solving ability in challenging situations.
∎ Must be dedicated to his work and in developing the Business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Retired Service Holders of Army/BGB/Navy/Air Force will be given Preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Team Leadership, Business
∎ Development, OTM, Government Procurement, Govt. Sales tender, RFQ.
∎ Physically Fit
∎ Willing to travel all over Bangladesh.
