Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve customer service experience, create engaged customer and facilitate organic growth.
∎ Must have leadership capacity to monitor daily activities of 30 to 40 member's team.
∎ Take ownership of customer's issues and monitor problems through to resolution.
∎ Keep accurate records and documents related to customer services.
∎ Must have capacity to run a programme at least for 5000 customers throughout the country through the team.
∎ Control resources and utilities assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a retail manager or customer service manager.
∎ Experience in consumer products will get preference.
∎ Experience in providing customer service support.
∎ Strong client - facing and communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
