Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He should sound knowledge about product
∎ Manage team, customer call/request and service engineers
∎ Prepare report on call/response/solutions
∎ Maintain database properly
∎ Make schedule for engineers as per customers given request and follow up
∎ Keep records technical services, perform by the engineers
∎ Should submit the daily reports to the management
∎ To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of repot as required
∎ Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
∎ Maintain customer relation
∎ Any other task assign by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experienced on Customer Handling, Customer service, Customer Support through phone.
∎ Must be sincere, honest, proactive and well mannered
∎ Basic knowledge on MS Office, Internet Browsing & Social Networking
∎ Working experience in the Relevant Track will get priority
∎ Who have no experience need not to apply for the position.

Salary: Negotiable
