∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of after sales service process, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
∎ Accomplishes customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
∎ Manages customer service staff, communicates job expectations, and performs appraisals and job reviews.
∎ Meets customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements, prepares annual budgets, and schedules expenditures.
∎ Improves customer service quality results by conducting surveys and studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results.
∎ Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
∎ Audits customer service procedures and trends and determines system improvements.
∎ Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and visiting operational environments.
∎ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
∎ Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
∎ Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating service tokens, processing new complains, tracking timely service to customers and tracking inventory.
∎ Regularly visit the field to ensure no malpractices are taking place.
∎ Working with the field team to assist and ensure improvement in complains received.
∎ Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
∎ Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
∎ Maintaining strong relationships with production team, dealers, and sales representatives.
∎ Helping to train employees to ensure a more skilled workforce.
∎ Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
∎ Provide weekly and monthly reports on Customer Complaints and ways to mitigate these to management.
∎ Provide monthly reports on the overall condition of product and ways to improve.
