∎ দৈনন্দিন অপারেশন পরিচালনা
∎ স্টাফদের উপস্থিতি ও কার্যক্রম তদারকি করা
∎ পার্লারের পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা নিশ্চিত করা
∎ যন্ত্রপাতি ও সরঞ্জামের সঠিক ব্যবহার ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা
∎ ওয়েটিং এরিয়া, সার্ভিস রুম এবং ক্যাশ কাউন্টার মনিটর করা
∎ 2. স্টাফ ব্যবস্থাপনা ও নেতৃত্ব
∎ স্টাফদের ড্রেস কোড, আচরণ ও পরিষেবা মান বজায় রাখা
∎ স্টাফদের প্রশিক্ষণ ও অনুপ্রেরণা প্রদান করা
∎ নতুন স্টাফ নিয়োগের প্রস্তাব ও ট্রেনিং পরিকল্পনা করা
∎ প্রয়োজনে ডিসিপ্লিনারি অ্যাকশন নেওয়া
∎ 3. কাস্টমার সার্ভিস ও ক্লায়েন্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট
∎ কাস্টমার ওয়েলকাম এবং চাহিদা অনুযায়ী সার্ভিস নিশ্চিত করা
∎ কাস্টমার কমপ্লেইন দ্রুত সমাধান করা
∎ নিয়মিত এবং VIP কাস্টমারদের স্পেশাল কেয়ার দেওয়া
∎ সার্ভিস শেষে কাস্টমার ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ করা
∎ 4. বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি ও টার্গেট অর্জন
∎ প্রতিদিনের সেলস মনিটর করা ও রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা
∎ আপসেলিং এবং ক্রস-সেলিং নিশ্চিত করা
∎ মাসিক টার্গেট পরিকল্পনা ও অর্জন5. স্টক ও ইনভেন্টরি ব্যবস্থাপনা
∎ প্রসাধনী ও সরঞ্জামের স্টক নিয়মিত আপডেট করা
∎ প্রয়োজনীয় মালামাল অর্ডার করা
∎ স্টক ম্যানেজমেন্টের মাধ্যমে অপচয় কমানো6. ক্যাশ ও ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল রিপোর্টিং
∎ দৈনিক ক্যাশ ইন-আউট হিসাব রাখা
∎ বিকাশ/কার্ড/ক্যাশ পেমেন্ট রেকর্ড করা
∎ মাসিক আয়-ব্যয়ের রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা ও বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া
