Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Managing day to day customer services activities and keep up their satisfaction at an optimum level.
∎ Regular communication with Customers for minimizing any discrepancy.
∎ Communicating with prospective clients and build up strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Ensure high quality of services.
∎ Coordinate Promotional Work.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
∎ Develop, improve and implement customer service processes and procedures.
∎ Solve any obligation of the clients regarding technical, construction, modification and optional works.
∎ Participation in improvements of customer service development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s) experience in relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): After Sales Service, Client handling, Customer Relationship Management.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Language proficiency both in Bangla and English.
