Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
∎ Managing responsibilities of all lands, all new projects and all new constructions of the company.
∎ Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
∎ Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons
∎ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
∎ Developing policies relating to a company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities.
∎ Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment
∎ Writing and actioning a company's social responsibility strategy.
∎ Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups.
∎ Ensuring company’s policies meet legal and commercial needs
∎ Organizing events for employees and their teams
∎ Encouraging links between the company and charitable groups
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
