∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACMA, ACCA, CA Finalist
∎ Skills Required: Accounting, Accounts and Finance, Auditing, Comunication, Cost and budget, Cost Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation, Monitoring and Control of Cost & Budgets through timely reporting and meeting with departmental heads;
∎ Maintain all types of cost sheet, budgeted cost sheet & order wise back to back LC.
∎ Order wise pre-cost and post cost analysis.
∎ Identify process loss with appropriate reason.
∎ Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period;
∎ Determine and analyze man/machine ratio, machine cost, line cost, man cost and cost per minute.
∎ Calculate style wise Fabric/Garment costing collecting data related to pre-cost, post cost & process cost from concern department.
∎ Analysis of production process loss for cutting, sewing, washing, Finishing, etc.
∎ Conducts cost-benefit analyses to determine value.
∎ Stock valuation and physical verification of stock and reconciliation between financial stock records and factory stock ledger and also identify the variance between post costing and pre-costing with recommendation.
∎ Make sure to prepare variance report of product costing and CM analysis.
∎ Budgeting, recording and analyzing company financial information, and tracking department or product expenditures.
∎ Defends budget recommendations and developing a final budgetary agreement with management.
∎ Designing effective budget models for departments and the entire company
∎ Help with strategic planning and making decisions regarding the direction of the business.
∎ Evaluates and approves or rejects budget proposals and funding requests.
∎ Review, analysis and comments for monthly management reporting pack and Financials.
∎ Determines whether budget proposals are in compliance with regulations.
∎ Estimates and forecasts future financial need and supports programs with financial analytics.
∎ Preparation of rolling financial forecast its analysis with budget, actual and prior periods.
∎ Analyzing financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget;
∎ Suggest spending improvements that increase profits;
∎ Managing budgets based on authority levels and limits and taking necessary actions to control and reduce cost.
∎ Preparation of variance analysis reports and investigating the reason for cost control purpose and to make recommendations;
∎ Monitors spending to ensure it remains within budget.
∎ Other reporting requirements as advised from time to time.
