Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA; Bachelor/Masters degree in Mass Communication/ Economics/ Social Science or relevant area from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Business Communication, Company Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communication, General Documentation, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, recommend and implement appropriate Corporate Affairs strategies, programs and policies for all stakeholders to achieve a positive image and brand.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination of internal corporate affairs and communication from the Honorable MD/Chairman of ARL.
∎ Prepare and review all documentation of company affairs or new company formation as per RJSCF rules and regulations.
∎ Support the company secretary to prepare board meeting minutes and resolutions.
∎ File and submit the annual return of the companies as well as arrange the annual general meeting.
∎ Facilitate internal communications through the informative newsletter and other relevant platforms (Email, Official letter, Web, and social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube etc.)
∎ Coordinate all corporate/formal meeting programs with document control of agenda and minutes.
∎ Managing and coordinating research into stakeholders' perceptions and image of an organization to achieve a positive reputation for the organization.
∎ Develop and maintain the ARL group's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.
∎ Facilitate the development of various branded communication and branded material.
∎ Direct activities of external agencies, establishments, and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
∎ Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the group's exhibitions and special events.
∎ Monitoring national and regional developments on trends and key issues and keeping the business informed on these.
∎ Manage Group Sustainability Reporting by working with respective SBUs on initiatives.
∎ Support to ensure group compliance with local and national regulations on product and packaging.
∎ Arrange interviews and other forms of contact between the key stakeholders and business executives.
∎ Coordinate the development of the group public affairs plan & develop the department budget in line with the functional objective.
∎ Manage day-to-day donations and sponsorship requests by making recommendations for support in keeping with corporate objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience three (3) of which should be in a management position.
∎ Membership Affiliation differing Association and Society.
∎ Experience with technologies and best practices for media campaigns across multiple platforms.
∎ Additional Training Required- The incumbent may need the following ongoing training in order to perform this job effectively:
∎ Expertise in Leadership Training.
∎ Competency in People Management, Emotional Intelligence.
