Educational Requirements:
∎ B.SC in Civil Engineering from any reputed university/Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the nature of the project and taking strategic action plan for the certain project.
∎ Determining which methods and strategies are appropriate for the project.
∎ Overseeing all the details of the project from beginning to end.
∎ Schedule the project in logical steps and budget, time required to meet deadlines.
∎ Communicate with client and stakeholders.
∎ To face customer complain and taking appropriate measures to resolve it.
∎ To supervise and coordinate all the project activities.
∎ To handle and monitor the construction work of the various projects.
∎ Overseeing and strictly controlling safety issues for all projects.
∎ Preparing technical construction specifications.
∎ Rate analysis for Tender/Proposal BOQ.
∎ Deployment of sub-contractor.
∎ To monitor sub-contractors work progress, manpower allocation, performance, responsibilities etc time to time.
∎ Interprets architectural drawings, specifications and BOQ to the field/site technical staff.
∎ Maintaining liaison and consults with architects, engineers and other professional and technical workers.
∎ Coordinates labor resources, procurement and delivery of material and plant.
∎ To prepare the report and inspect the site to handover to the implementation team with the site engineer and the sub-contractor for the individual site.
∎ To participate in meetings, discussions, project site visits and hearings.
∎ Preparing, keeping and presenting status reports to the higher management/ Reporting about the progress of the project to the head of construction.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have minimum 7 years practical job experience in civil construction works.
∎ Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all aspect
∎ Must have the mentality to visit at sites out of Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable
