Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking & ensure the detail of all the drawings relating to constructions.
∎ Analysis of materials/equipments quantity and quality.
∎ Asses & make the accounts of the supply of the materials which will be the scale to check the site inventory.
∎ Maintain & making working condition of the fixed assets by numbering, repairing, painting, issuing & transferring the machines to various projects from warehouse.
∎ Prepare quality report and due work list comparing to the Master program & scheduled monthly program.
∎ Quality control & supervision of works at every level as per work schedule.
∎ Rectify the works & submit quality feedback report.
∎ Make and ensure a quality checking before the handover of a site.
∎ Co-ordinate quality activities with other departments providing advice, counseling as & when it is required.
∎ Keeping record of all the issues of paper/digital works & make reports by the records.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ The candidate should have 15 to 20 years of work experience in Real Estates sectors.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Garments, Real Estate and Group of Companies.
∎ Good presentation and communication skill.
∎ Language proficiency skill both in Bengali & English.
∎ Good engineering analytical skill.
∎ Good sense of quality control.
∎ Excellent Computer skills, including ERP programs familiar at the proficient level.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office is essential.
