Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to handle multi Projects operation.
∎ Make yearly event calendar & follow up it.
∎ Submit next two months programs of all sites on specific date of each month.
∎ Submit contractor and material budget for the next month on specific day of the month.
∎ Checking BOQ, MRS & MTO.
∎ Prepare master programs of all sites.
∎ Prepare monthly programs comparing to the master programs.
∎ Prepare monthly progress report comparing to the master and monthly program.
∎ Prepare weekly assessment report.
∎ Taking over new land possession with all utility connection monitor existing building breaking status.
∎ Ensure proper communication though Viber management.
∎ Collect program feedback report month wise in advance.
∎ Get approval and Co-ordinate with the design team.
∎ Ensure all logistic support to the site operation.
∎ Give input on PO & WO for project.
∎ Monitor all Estimation and Billing.
∎ Co-ordinate all design related works.
∎ Input monthly purchase order list.
∎ Checking of fixed assets with Inventory.
∎ Any kind of Jobs that will assign from top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ The candidate should have 15 to 20 years of work experience in Real Estates sectors.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Planning, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate and Group of Companies.
∎ Good presentation and communication skill.
∎ Language proficiency skill both in Bengali & English.
∎ Good engineering analytical skill.
∎ Excellent Computer skills, including ERP programs familiar at the proficient level.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office is essential.
