∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Candidate should be B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with minimum of 5 years of related experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyzing BOQ from different kind of vendors
∎ Coordinating and monitoring all the on-going construction and maintenance sites for smooth execution of project works
∎ Checking Structural Drawings received from external and internal consultants
∎ Preparing working drawing if and when necessary
∎ Ensuring works done at site as per design and drawing
∎ Ensuring prompt action if there is any emergency in any of the on-going sites or completed projects
∎ Ensuring the preparation and implementation of project schedule as per target set by management
∎ Supervising and managing the team members and their works to ensure optimum output
∎ Performing any other jobs as assigned by the management time to time
